Post all your reason why Solich should have never been fired. My personal favorite is that I am sure the Huskers would not have missed a bowl game. That record would still be intact!

Here is another, do you think Solich would have had better recruits the past 4 years too? Callahan had 2 top 10 recruiting seasons and did nothing with them. Overall Big 12 losing record, never beat any team in the top 10, and etc.

Keep in mind too that it is possible the BIG MONEY spent on the stadium and other athleltic improvements would have drawn better talent for Solich.

So, how would have the past 4 years gone for Solich's/Pelini's Huskers if they were still here???

i think that there would be atleast two more national championship trophies in the case if not more. But on the up side we now have big TO back in the drivers seat and maybe that will bring alot more to the case you know he's not going to sit by and watch this program go down in flames.

That would have been great albeit a liitle unrealistic. Of course, the Huskers would not have had 2 top 10 recruiting classes. But the kids we did get would have performed much better. I also wonder if Solch's offense would have evolved into the now vogue spread option.

I am thinking that the Huskers would have won the North every year. Probably at least 1 Big 12 Championship and been to a BCS Bowl game at least twice.

The bowl streak would still be intact, that's the only thing I can say for sure.
