LSU is bound to play in the BCS Title Game. Should Coach Bo go too? My first thought is no. But, hey, how many times during that game would the Huskers be mentioned? That would not hurt recruiting.

Coach Bo has been the General of the Tiger's Defense for a couple years now. And, this game is what he and the Tiger's have been reaching for... It is hard to deny a guy that game.

I say, if he can put a staff together quickly, let him go. Coach Bo can have an impact on Husker recruiting and still coach in the big dance.

Do you agree, or disagree?

I don't like the idea, although I really don't have a good reason why he shouldn't. Something just seems awkward about it.

Awkward is a good description for Pelini finishing the job at LSU. I have done some mild research and found it common that many coaches have been hired and then finished their season's out with the current team.

Just seems odd that a coach could sign a contract and be under the new umbrella only to still travel accross the country to finish the job. Circumstances here are vastly different though. High stakes with NC on the line!

Wecome Dman! Help spread the word about us.

I agree with you, but remember, the contract for Coach Pelini has yet to be signed. In fact, I wonder if all the terms have been agreed to? It is odd that the terms, ie money and contract length have NOT be released. I am starting to think the contract will NOT be signed until after the NC game.

Thats fine with me too... I think... :juggle:

Holy crap it's DMan!

I still haven't warmed up to the idea. It's too much like breaking up with a girl, getting a new girlfriend, and then going back to knock it out with the previous girl one more time.

Something's just not right about it.
