Thunder Collins has been arrested for murder in apparent drug deal gone bad. It still is unclear who brought the gun to a drug deal. But, there was apparently a struggle for the gun. One person is dead, and another injured, with Thunder Collins now being arrested and charged with murder. He is being held without bail.
Initial reports were that Thunder Collins himself was killed. However, Thunder Collins appeared on Omaha Channel 3 news with hours of the shooting to proclaim that he was indeed alive. How odd is that? He goes on live TV just after killing somoene? Anyone else think the police intentionally mistated Thunder Collins was dead just to get him to appear somewhere and make a statement?
And, here is a rumor going around the Omaha area. There was actually a reality show of some sorts documenting the 2 people (drug dealers?) who got shot allegedly by Thunder Collins. Another oddity.
Thunder Collins grew up in the LA area. His father and brother were both killed in gang related violence. Thunder left that to come to Nebraska in hopes of avoiding the same fates.
Collin's is being represented by noted Omaha defense attorney James Martin Davis. Davis claims that Collins was in a fist fight with the victim when a "friend of Collins shot" the person who dies on the scene.
